• How the unique web based system works

Once you the consumer call us with a problem our support team will log onto our web based report system where they will input what the problem is, when the call was made, who the consumer is and their details.

The support team member will then use remote accessing software to connect to the backoffice of the consumer and investigate the problem, if it is a software based then the problem will solved remotely, however if it is hardware based then the support team member will send the details to an engineer.

Using PDA's (Personal Digital Assistant) the engineer will receive the email from support team and access the online report system where they can view all the customers details that have just been inputted by the team member. Using this information the engineer can then access the problem and decide what spares are needed.

This whole process is very quick meaning that one of our engineers could be on there way to you within minutes of received your phone call.

With the report system anybody relevant to the call out can check online your details whenever needed, including yourself. Also with it being in Real Time the details are always up to date removing confusion from any situation.
